Will I get my bond back?
The bond is between you and your agent, so nobody can honestly promise it. What we can do is clean to the checklist agents inspect against, and if the agent flags something we missed, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.
How is an end of lease clean priced?
A fixed price, quoted up front from the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the condition of the property. The instant estimate on our pricing page gives you a starting range; a vacate clean is priced as a one-off deep clean.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. Furniture blocks skirting boards, carpets and wardrobes, which are exactly where an inspection looks.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave the keys with your agent or in a lockbox, and we return them the same way when we finish.
Do you clean for landlords and agents too?
