Most cleaners in Melbourne make you ring for a number. Here are ours. Commercial is the one thing we will not price sight unseen, and the reason is below.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and how often. That is enough for a rough range. It is a guide, not a quote, and it can land higher or lower once we have seen the place.

We could put a per square metre rate here. It would be wrong often enough to be useless, and you would find out on the first invoice. We look at the place, scope the work, and send a fixed price with the schedule attached.
Questions
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It is a guide built on bedrooms, bathrooms and how often, so it cannot see the state of the place, pets, or how much lives on the benches. Most homes land inside the range. Some land above or below it, and either way the real price is confirmed in writing before the first clean and does not move after that.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Regular cleaning runs visit to visit. The prepaid plans are a block of cleans you have bought at a lower rate, not a contract that binds you to future ones.
What if I need to skip a week?
Tell us as early as you can and we move it. A skipped clean on a plan is not lost, it stays on your balance.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most regulars are not. Key handling and alarm codes are recorded in writing and held securely.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, everything and the equipment. If you would rather we used your products because of an allergy or a surface, tell us and we will.
Why is commercial not priced on the site?
Because it would be a guess. Two identical-sized offices can be an hour apart in real work depending on floor type, amenities and how many people use them. We visit, then quote in writing.
How do the plan discounts work?
They are built on a standard monthly clean at $130. Prepay a block and the per-clean price drops, capped at 15% off. That rate is locked for the whole plan.
