What is included
Room by room, in writing.
This is the standard clean. If your place needs something that is not on here, say so when you book and it goes on the quote rather than being a surprise on the day.

Kitchen
- Benchtops and splashback wiped down, then dried so they do not streak
- Sink scrubbed, tapware polished and buffed dry so it will not water-spot
- Cooktop degreased and the rangehood face wiped
- Cupboard fronts and handles spot cleaned, handles being where the grease lives
- Bins emptied, liners replaced, bin rim wiped
- Floor vacuumed then mopped, edges and under the toe-kick included

Bathrooms
- Shower screens squeegeed and buffed until there is no film left
- Tiles and grout scrubbed, not just rinsed over
- Toilet cleaned inside and out, including the base and behind the pedestal
- Basin, vanity and mirror polished streak-free
- Chrome dried by hand so it does not spot as it dries
- Floor mopped into the corners and behind the door

Living and bedrooms
- All floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped after
- Surfaces, sills and skirtings dusted, top down so nothing resettles
- Mirrors and glass tops cleaned
- Beds made, cushions straightened, throws folded
- Vacuumed under reachable furniture, not around it
- Light switches, door handles and remotes wiped
